I don't have to tell you about the Opioid devastation in Nevada (namely Fentanyl, Heroine, etc.). " All it takes is a visit to your supermarket or pharmacy and outside It looks like an episode of The Walking Dead.
In recent surveys of kids In Nevada, the majority responded that they can get access to dangerous drugs on the street "fairly easily."A "playground to addiction" pipeline now exists; as 15 of every 100 overdose deaths are Middle Schoolers.
Ok, let's project this out...if we do nothing our Little People that are being tucked into bed every night with a loving kiss are in serious jeopardy of replacing the addicts we now see on the streets in the years to come. It's not about fear, or addiction stigma its about empowering our children.
